Meet Jacob – JLR Specialist & Outdoor Enthusiast
Jacob’s journey with Land Rover began in his hometown of Roanoke, VA, back in 2006. Driven by his love for the ocean and surfing, he relocated to Wilmington in 2015, where he continued his career as a Master Guild Certified Jaguar/Land Rover (JLR) sales consultant. In 2020, he joined Euro-Tek, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for exceptional service. Since then, Jacob has played a vital role in the growth and success of our team.
When he’s not at the shop, you’ll likely find Jacob outdoors—paddling whitewater, rock climbing, or catching a show at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. Most weekends, though, he’s hitting the beach at Fort Fisher with one of his Rovers to surf. He’s also the proud dog dad of two rescue pups, who occasionally make guest appearances at Euro-Tek.

Meet David – JLR Specialist & Master Technician
David launched his automotive career in 2008 at a Jaguar franchise dealership in Raleigh, NC. In 2015, his love for the ocean and all things outdoors brought him to Wilmington, where he enjoys boating and fishing in his free time. After several more years with a local franchise JLR dealership, Euro-Tek was lucky to welcome David to the team in April 2019.
With a specialty in intricate engine work and diagnostics, David thrives on solving the complex challenges that come through our shop. His deep technical knowledge and sharp problem-solving skills make him an indispensable part of the Euro-Tek crew. David drives his favorite JLR model—the powerful 5.0L Supercharged Range Rover—a true reflection of his passion for the brand.
Greg Skelton
Master Tech/Partner
Greg began his Land Rover career after four years in the U.S. Army, launching into the automotive world in 1995 through the Dipped in Green program at Land Rover Metro West in Massachusetts. He quickly proved his skill by competing in the first Land Rover TReK event and earning certification as an off-road driving instructor. Later, in Vermont, he became the lead technician and instructor at the 4X4 Centre, managing everything from basic maintenance to full frame-off restorations.
In 2003, Greg joined The Automaster in Shelburne, VT, where he became a Land Rover certified technician and won the regional TReK 2003 competition. After relocating to Wilmington in 2007 to escape New England winters, he worked for eight years at the local Land Rover dealership before becoming a partner at Euro-Tek.
Since then, Greg has helped grow Euro-Tek into a respected business. With deep training and experience across all classic Land Rover models, his passion shows in his personal collection, which includes a 2023 Defender 90, a Range Rover, and a 1986 Ex-Military Defender 110 Soft Top. In his free time, Greg enjoys riding his BMW motorcycle and following Red Sox baseball.
Nick Dammer
ASE Master Technician
Nick became a part of Euro-Tek in 2020 after dedicating two years to a franchise JLR dealership, bringing with him an impressive 15 years of experience as a technician in the automotive industry. As an ASE Master Certified Technician, Nick has thrived in his position at Euro-Tek, focusing on Land Rover vehicles. His expertise and commitment have established him as a vital member of the team. Outside of his professional life, Nick finds joy in taking his Harley Davidson on weekend trips across multiple states and values quality time with his daughter.
Sean Cox
JLR Master Technician
Sean embarked on his career in heavy equipment, which ultimately guided him to the Universal Training Institute (UTI) NASCAR program in Charlotte, NC. He further honed his skills by completing the Ford FACTS program and gaining acceptance into the Jaguar PACE program in Florida. Upon finishing his training, Sean relocated to Cary, NC, where he took on the role of a full-time Jaguar technician at a franchise dealership, achieving the prestigious Gold Certified Master Jaguar/Land Rover Technician status.
With 19 years of dedicated service at the same dealership, Sean became a valued member of the Euro-Tek team in 2023, quickly establishing himself as a key player in the business. Beyond his professional life, Sean relishes outdoor adventures with his wife and two young children, in addition to his passions for raising chickens and gardening.
Richard Duvall
Founder
Richard is a Master Certified, factory-trained Land Rover technician boasting over 25 years of practical experience. He launched his career in Greensboro, NC, and relocated to Wilmington in 2001 to help establish and expand a local Jaguar Land Rover dealership. After more than ten years in that position, Richard founded Euro-Tek in 2012, providing exceptional service to his community ever since.
In addition to his extensive technical know-how, Richard possesses a B.S. in Business and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University. His enthusiasm for blending mechanical skills with entrepreneurship allows him to offer personalized, high-quality service.
Richard lives in Wilmington with his wife, two children, and their five dogs, where he remains committed to serving the community with dedication and excellence.
